My name’s Matt Lopez. I’m with Def-C Crew. This is Alice, Melissa, Sierra, Ester, and Charlie. In the first section we’re going to teach you to drop it low.
To start off, we go eight. The count starts at eight. Take your right hand, push it to your right ear as if you’re pushing in headphones into your ear. And your left hand comes out as if it’s parallel to the floor. Again, we go five, six, seven, eight. One more time. Five, six, seven, eight. And again, my feet pivot to the right, to the left. Again, five, six, seven, eight. Afterwards, we go one and two, three and four, five and six, seven, eight.
Let’s break that down for you. Again, five, six, seven, eight. We go right, left, right with our shoulder. Left, right, left. Right, left, right. And, left, right, left. And my head slightly goes to the right for the first one, and then again to the left, and then to the right. And then, left, right, left. Right, left, right. And left, right, left.
Let’s take that again from the top. Five, six, seven, eight. One and two, three and four, five and six, seven, eight. Repeat it. One and two, three and four, five and six, seven, eight.
And since this is the girls’ section, ladies, show them how it’s done.
