Hey, what’s up. This is Jeff Cowans. I’ve already shown you how to do the
kick-step-step, but some of you have been asking about the kick-step-step
like Justin Bieber does. We could do that too. In a minute, you’ll be
able to do it too.
Alright, so with this kick-step-step, you’re going to put your leg straight
out in front of you. So, let’s put your right foot out straight. Then
next, you’re going to jump and switch to your left foot. Same thing you
have hear, but now on the left foot. Switch. Got it? So, let’s do that
again.
You’re going to go, right foot out. Switch to the next one. So, you’re
going to jump and make that switch happen. Ready, five, six, seven, eight,
step, switch. Okay, so think of it as kick, kick. When the other one is
in the air, the left one, all you’re going to do is turn it. Got it?
Let’s try it. Five, six, seven, eight. I go leg, switch, turn. Got it?
Five, six, seven, eight. I go leg, switch, turn. Yes, that’s how you do
it starting with the right. Let’s start with the left. So, you go left,
jump to the right, and then you turn. Then when you want to switch to this
from the other side, all you do is go leg out, switch it, and turn. Leg
out, switch it, and turn.
When I say turn, I’m going to do this. Yeah, I’m going to turn my body.
There you go, so let’s try it. Five, six, seven, eight, right, left, turn.
You go left, right, turn. You go right, left, turn. You go left. There
it is.
The hands; the hands can do whatever you want. I’m going to go like this,
ta, ta, ta; ta, ta, ta. Boom, boom, boom; boom, boom, boom. Got it? So,
that might work for you as well. All I’m doing is going right, left, right.
Then I’m going left, right, left. It sounds the same thing as what you’re
doing with your feet. Your feet are going right, left, right.
Your arms are going ta, ta, ta; ta, ta, ta; ta, ta, ta; ta, ta, ta. Got
it? Right, left, right. Switch it. Left, right, left. We’re going to do
it slow; looks like this. Six, seven, eight, right, left, turn. Boom,
boom, ha. Boom, boom, ha. Boom, boom, ha. Boom, boom, ha. Got it?
