Speaker 1: Right now we’re going to do our next dance move. It’s called the Block Them Out. We have Slim Sexy and Damien here demonstrating how to do the Block Them Out. First we’re going to start with the legs. With the legs, you’re going to keep twisting, twisting. That’s to start off with. Then you’re going to add the arms and with the arms you’re going to be moving them up and down, up and down, up and down, up and down then wave with it to the next side. And make sure you’re using those legs too. Keep everything in sync with each other. That’s the Block Them Out. And you’re going to twist your body, twist your torso when you’re blocking them out. All right? Them arms, it goes up and down and then you twist to the next side. Make sure that leg is moving. You always keep one leg straight but make sure you always twist the other leg. Block them Out. So now Slim Sexy and Damien are doing an advanced level of Block Them Out.
Speaker 2: Bring forward.
Speaker 1: So bring it up, walk it up, Block them Out. Bring it back, block them out.
Speaker 2: Keep it up. Last one. And then bounce.
Speaker 1: Look , catch the ball and bring it back. Step back.
