Woman: So right now we’re gonna show you the next dance hall move which is called the Higher Level. Slim Sexy and Damien are gonna demonstrate a fun new dance. Well not new, but a fun dance called the Higher Level.
What you see here is Slim Sexy and Damien rockin’ from left to right. They’re tapping. Tapping their toe point from left to right. And now they’re gonna add the arms. And with the arms they just move it in a circular motion. Move it in a circular motion and then extend the arms up like you’re pushing the sky. Push, push, rotate, push, rotate. And everything is moving at the same time.
You’re tapping your feet from left to right, you’re moving those hands in a circular motion and you’re pushing the sky.
So it’s pretty easy. It’s a simple dance hall move which is fun and it’s also a good workout for the arms as well. So you’re pushing the sky. And also you can bring it down, too. Push it down. Push the floor. Push the floor and keep tapping. Keep tapping. Right. Left. Tap those toes and rotate the arms. Rotate the hands and push, push. Bring it up. Pump. Pump the sky. There you go. And that’s what we call the Higher Level.
Damien: Higher level [indecipherable 00:01:25] for that one. You know what I mean? But yeah, the Higher Level. You know what I mean, how we say, “dance and life. Right? So with the Higher Level now, this can apply to life. No one wants to stay in the same place every day. You need to climb. Every day you need to go in a higher level, a higher level, a higher level, a higher level. So wake up in the morning, this should be your dance of choice. You can decide to get yourself on that higher plane. You know what I mean? So you get up every morning. Higher level, that’s what you’re reaching for. A higher level. Higher level.
