So right now Damien is going to demonstrate how to do the World Dance. This is the World Dance right here. So we’re going to break it down step by step. And first we’re going to start with the legs. With the World Dance you move your legs right, left double it. So it’s right, left, double. Right, left, double. Right, left, double on the left. There you go. Then you’re going to add the arms. You’re going to extend the arms out. And whichever way your body moves, your legs, that’s the way your body moves. World Dance.
Because and all the right moves, they tell you a journey. Well and you bring it back right there in Jamaica. Well, the World Dance basically is a dance from, the late great you know what I mean? And it got famous by the song from Beanie Man. Why it called the World Dance is because they’re reaching out for the entire world, over here and over there. Everybody get to love over the entire world and you move.
Lean back. You’re feeling like you’re at the advanced level. Add some swag to it. Left, right, double on the left. Right, left, double on the right. Everything moves at the same time. Arms and legs. There you go. Double. one, two. There you go. And make the steps big. Exaggerate it. Exaggerate it. Big movements.
