This is the amazing vanishing pen cap trick. Are you guys ready to see it? What we’re going to try to do here is we’re going to try to make this pen cap disappear. But you guys know every magician needs a magic wand. So, we’re going to use this as our magic wand. I’m going to close my hand. I’m going to go one, two, three.
Where did the, oh, is it over there? Oh, sorry. May I? Alright. Sometimes the wand vanishes. Are you ready though? We’ll try it again. One, two, and, here, why don’t you tap it. Go ahead. Tap my hand.
With the wand. With, and boom. And the cap is gone. And that is the amazing vanishing pen cap. Alright. Would you guys like to learn how that’s done? Alright, I’m going to show you guys right now. You ready?
All right. So the first thing I do is I take the pen cap, and I use this as the wand. Believe it or not the wand is probably the most important part of the illusion, because this is going to misdirect your attention for me.
So, the first thing I do is I put it in my fist, and I go one, two. And each time I bring it a little higher. Then on three I bring it right up to my ear and I just let it stay there. And I don’t know. Do you guys know where did the pen go?
The pen’s in my hand.
No, no the pen’s right there.
The pen’s right here, right. But here’s what happens. When I go to show you the pen as soon as you guys notice that’s up here I turn so I can grab it. And what you don’t see is that as I’m turning I’m actually ditching the pen cap right there in my coat pocket. But you’re all focused up here on the pen, right, so you didn’t see it happen.
So as I bring the pen down I just come right back here. And you don’t even know anything’s happened, right. I hand you the pen. I let you go one, two, and three. And just like magic the cap is gone. That’s how you do the amazing vanishing pen cap. Yeah.
