How to Do Turfing Traces for Arms

Transcript

What’s up. This your boy Jino, back again, and I’m gonna so you some arm traces. Now arm traces can be very unique, just like legs, you do a lot more with them though.

Because you know, you have a little more leeway, and more, I guess, muscles to work with. So, a exercise you can do, it’s gonna look like a normal wave, but, it’s gonna be, I guess you can say, oversimplified. So, you can take your, like your, alligator, alligator hand, or whatever you want to call it. Whatever you want to visualize it as, or pac-man, whatever.

So what you’re gonna do is gonna be, 1, 2, 3, 4. It’s basically a normal wave, and basic waving, but your gonna oversimplify within, within trace. You can either knock it down, like so, or close it, or use your shoulder, 1, 2, 3, 4. So let’s use our shoulder. Because that’s pretty, that’s pretty cool.

So what you’re gonna do, You’re gonna take your right shoulder, act like your, you know, act like your, it’s a lever, you’re levering your left arm. Or your right. Whichever one you want to use. We’re gonna go, 1, shoulder, 2, elbow, 3, wrist, 4, hand out. Let’s try it again. 5, 6, 7, 8. 1, 2, 3, 4.

Let’s try it again. 5, 6, 7, 8. 1, 2, 3, 4. We’re gonna try it with that left shoulder now. Now here we go. 5, 6, 7, 8. 1, 2, 3, 4. Now make sure it’s sharp. Don’t have it too loose, cause it will lose the effect, and people will be like, what are you doing?

They won’t really know. So let’s try it again. I’m gonna do my left arm, then my right arm. 5, 6, 7, 8. 1, 2, 3, 4. 5, 6, 7, 8. Let’s try it again. 5, 6, 7, 8. 1, 2, 3, 4. 5, 6, 7, 8. Now let’s try it with some music.
