How to Do Turfing Traces for Legs

Transcript

What’s up? This is your boy, Jino, back again, and I want to tell you how to do traces for legs. Now, when you do traces for legs, it’s like how you trace on a drawing, or on a piece of paper. Same thing for legs, arms, or anything else.

This time it’s for legs. You can do anything you want. You can use your knee caps. There’s not too much you can do with your legs, unless you get on the ground which you can do, you can convert to that.

Now, you’re going to use your knees. Your knee is really good because it sticks out and is very prominent, you can see it. So, you’re going to go, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Let’s try that. We are going to do a whole eight count, just knees, which is your leg. So, five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.

Now, you can reverse that as well and make it sixteen counts. Let’s try that. Five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Back, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Now, you can take those in multiple speeds as well.

You can go, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. It will be clearly seen. If it’s a certain beat, you can really kill it. So, let’s try it again. We are going to [reverse feet], we’re going to take it four times, and after that we’re going to double it.

So, five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Quicker, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.

Now, let’s try it with some music.
