Male: Hi guys it’s Henry and Ashley, and we’re going to be showing you the exit turns for the zuk dance. OK, so we’re going to demonstrate first, and we’ll explain to you, so here goes. One, three, four, five, seven, eight, one, three, four, five, seven, and one, chik, chik, okay? So we’re going to break it down for you now. The main thing in this step is that you want to keep the rhythm and you want to do a diagonal step. So let’s show and Farouk are going to do it, the followers version, so everybody gets the idea. We’re going to be facing this way. And step in place with the right foot, goes one, three, four, five, seven and tun, chik, chik, tun, chick, chik.
When you count number four you’re going to step diagonal, so after you count one, three, four we step out and then count number five we turn to the left in little diagonal, five, seven, eight I’m going to go full on the one, one, chik, chik, tun. Let’s do it one more time, so it goes in place one, three, four, five, seven and, one, three, four that’s diagonal four, and count number five turn to the left, five, seven and now we go forward, one, chik, chik, chik. So that’s the followers. Footwork is the most important in this step, for the leader it’s really simple, and so without the partner it goes like this, one, three, four step in diagonal on four, one more time, it goes one, three, four and when you turn the lady you go with them in that little diagonal to go back to the basic. Chik, chik, tun, chik, chik, wow. Now with a partner it goes like this, in place, one, three, four, five, seven, and one, three, four step in a little diagonal, return the lady and we go with them, five, seven, and you go back on the one, one, chik, chik, one, chik, chik, one.
You can also do this move in the infinity step, and we can demonstrate for you. So it goes like this in the infinity step, one, three, four, you can go away from the lady, which we did in the previous video and all you do is the same thing, on count number four you exit and go back to your basic step’
Female: Just gives you a little bit more of an advanced option. But if you haven’t got the infinity step down just go with the basic exit step and then when you have that down you can add it.
Male: Exactly. Chik, chik, two. So let’s demonstrate with the music. I know it starts slow right?
