Well, if the cue ball was here, it would kiss out and get out of the way, but what happens if it was here? Now the momentum of the cue ball is going to stay in the way of the eight ball, and the eight ball won’t be able to bank. There is actually a way to make this shot, first, you get rid of the cue ball, replace it with a golf ball. Now, the golf ball is lighter, so it will get out of the way and allow the eight ball to bank.
