EntertainmentHow to Parkour

How to Do an Arm Jump aka Cat Leap

Transcript

My name is Ann Kaczka, I’ve been practicing Parkour since 2007. My first day training was with David Belle at the New Yorker festival. And since then I’ve trained solo in Thailand, climbing trees on the streets of London and Paris. And now I’m back in New York City. And today I’m here to talk to you about Parkour. The Cat Leap is pretty much when you jump from a um, from an object onto a wall or a wall with a railing on top. And your going to catch with your hands on the top of the wall or railing, with your feet planted on the side. Um, and then use a, sort of climb up, or a muscle up to get over it.
