Hi, my name is Victor Sho, and I’m going to show you how to do a simple step for beginners. It’s going to incorporate your power stepping and your technical stepping all in one. Okay? So we’re going to stomp with our left, clap, and then hit our right thigh. It’s going to go boom, bop, bop. Five, six, seven, and. Okay? This right leg that’s up, we’re going to stomp it down, clap again, hit our left thigh. Five, six, seven, and. So when we combine it together we’re going to go five, six, seven, and left, clap, hit, right, clap, hit. Okay?
So from here what we’re going to do is we’re now going to go into the stepping part. Stomp your left leg, extend your arms to the right. Stomp your right leg, extend your arms to the left. Stomp your left leg, extend your arms to the upper corner. Stomp your right leg, extend your arms to the left lower corner. Okay? Let’s just take that back from here. So we just said boom, bop, bop, boom, bop, bop. Boom, boom, boom, boom. Boom, bop, bop, boom, bop, bop. Boom, boom, boom, boom.
So what we’re going to do is punch our arms right through and we’re going to stomp with our left leg, boom. Now you see how my left hand came right over my right arm? Then we’re going to put this arm right out, boom, hold two, three, four, boom. And then we’re done. So it’s going to look like this. Five, six, seven, and one and two, and uh, bop, bop, bop, bop, bop, hold, two, three, four, boom. Okay? So here we go. Five, six, five, six, five, six, seven, and. And that’s a beginner step.
