Hi. My name is Vic Rochele, and I’m gonna explain to you what is technical stepping.
Technical stepping is just a form of stepping where you’re actually creating beats that engages hand claps, body hits, and stomping of the feet, but at a more faster pace.
When you’re doing technical stepping, you want to definitely have a comfortable straddle, with your feet in line to your shoulders. You want to have your legs plied, your chest grounded to the floor. We’re gonna kinda keep in this frame of a box right here. Yes, you have room to move over, and other places, but for the most part, it’s right here. A simple understanding of technical stepping is like this.
