Hi, I’m Leshana. And today, I’m going to tell you how to drop it low. If you’ve ever been wondering, there’s different ways that you can drop it low. But the whole point of it is just to drop low. So you can start the drop it low by facing front. You can start with your feet together, and bending your knees, and just go low. All the way low. You can keep dancing with your knees together, or you can start with your feet apart.
And drop it low. And dance down here, with your feet apart. All it requires is just moving and having a good time, but you’re on a low level. You can start to drop it low by facing the side. Drop it low. And groove it out. You can also drop it low by facing the back, and drop it low.
When you’re in these low positions, you just want to make sure that your backside is going up, down, up, down, up, down. So facing front, my feet are together. My backside going up, down, up, down, up, down. Feet apart. I drop it low. Up, down, up, down, up, down. Facing the side. Drop it low. Up, down, up, down, up, down. And I turn to face the back. Drop it low. Up, down, up, down, up, down. And that is how you drop it low.
