How to Make Chocolate Brownies

Instructions

  • Step 1: Grease baking dish Grease the baking dish with the cooking spray and set aside.
  • TIP: Line the greased baking dish with foil and then grease the foil. This will allow you to easily remove the whole brownie cake from the dish.
  • Step 2: Melt chocolate and butter Melt the chocolate and butter together in the saucepan over low heat and stir until smooth. Then transfer to the mixing bowl
  • Step 3: Mix in sugar and eggs Mix in the sugar and then slowly fold in the eggs.
  • Step 4: Add flour and vanilla extract Add the flour a little bit at a time until it’s fully incorporated. Finally, add the vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Step 5: Pour into baking dish Pour the batter into the baking dish and spread it evenly. Add your favorite kind of chopped nuts.
  • Step 6: Bake in preheated oven Bake your brownies in an oven preheated to 350 degrees until the middle sets and a toothpick can be inserted and removed cleanly.
  • TIP: If you like soft brownies, remove the baking dish from the oven just as the center sets.
  • Step 7: Cool, remove, and cut Allow the brownies to cool before removing them from the dish. Then cut, serve, and enjoy.
  • FACT: Did you know? In October 2007, the largest chocolate bar ever made weighed in 7,892 pounds.
