How to Make Zucchini Bread

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • TIP: To avoid sticky bread, line the pans with parchment paper after spraying and spray the parchment paper.
  • Step 2: Mix dry ingredients Mix together the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and allspice in a large bowl.
  • Step 3: Prepare the wet ingredients Prepare the wet ingredients by mixing together the sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla in a separate large mixing bowl.
  • TIP: To add a little zest to your bread, add a 2 teaspoons of grated lemon peel.
  • Step 4: Mix wet and dry ingredients Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. Stir the nuts and zucchini into the mix.
  • Step 5: Pour batter into pans and cook Pour the mixture into the pans and bake for 40 to 60 minutes or until the middle is completely cooked.
  • Step 6: Allow bread to cool Allow the bread to cool for 10 to 20 minutes before eating. Once the bread has cooled, you can sink your teeth into this veggie treat!
