[music in background] Today we’re going to talk about how to assemble a Glock 23. Here in front of me I have a disassembled Glock 23. First thing you want to do is make sure you have all of your components and they’re all nice and clean. OK. The first thing I do is I’ll take the slide. You want to enter your barrel into the slide.
There you go. From there you’re going to take the spring and get the spring into the slide. What you’re going to do is this end here, the thicker end is going to go into this little cutout here. Once it’s in there, you’re gonna compress it with your thumb and slide it down. In the bottom of the barrel there is a little notch right here and it fits right in. OK. From there, the rails on the gun are going to slide into the notches in the back here. Just line it up. Slide it right in. Push it all the way back. Rock it. Make sure it’s on good. Pull the trigger. You have your click and you know your gun is assembled correctly. Reinsert your magazine and your gun is assembled. That’s how they assemble a Glock 23.
